With a record number of exhibitors and groundbreaking solutions for the future of energy supply, E-world Energy & Water 2024 once again presents itself as the industry platform from February 20th to 22nd. Under the motto “Solutions for a Sustainable Future,” around 900 exhibitors from 31 nations showcase their innovative products and solutions at the Messe Essen, Europe’s leading trade fair for the energy industry.

Organized by Messe Essen, E-world Energy & Water offers an extensive exhibition showcasing the latest innovations, products, and services in the energy and water sectors. It provides an opportunity for companies to present their offerings, engage in networking, and foster business partnerships. Additionally, the event features a comprehensive conference program with presentations, panel discussions, and workshops addressing key topics such as renewable energy, energy management, smart grids, and digital transformation.

After two years in early summer this year, E-world returned to its traditional date in February. This means that it provides a comprehensive overview of topics that are moving the industry at the beginning of the year. Currently, the main focus is on the question of how resilience, climate neutrality, and industrial perspectives can be reconciled. Creating the right framework conditions is just as important as innovative technologies and smart digital solutions.

E-world program with extensive networking opportunities

The E-world program includes over 50 events. Decision-makers from all areas of the energy industry and related sectors will come together in a wide variety of formats to discuss current developments and promising projects in the energy transition and to drive them forward together. The day before the fair, the Energy Leadership Meeting takes place. Under the motto “Perspectives for the energy world of tomorrow,” current topics and challenges of the industry will be on the agenda.

During the fair, the four specialist forums, “Change Forum” (Hall 4), “Future Forum” (Hall 5), “Hydrogen Solutions Forum” (Hall 5), and “New Energy Systems Forum” (Hall 1) invite visitors directly to the exhibition halls. Admission is already included in the admission ticket. International experts from business, politics, and associations will be speaking. The importance of broadband expansion for the energy industry is shown by the positive feedback on the Fiber Optics Forum. The conference on the first day of the fair under the title “Successful fiber optic expansion under changed conditions” is fully booked.
