Almost 7 years later, what began as a small team that could fit in a single conference room has evolved into a global force in the EV charging industry. Since the last gathering in 2024, AMPECO has welcomed over 50 new team members, expanding our collective expertise and global footprint.
The company now has members all across the globe, including the USA, UK, France, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Poland, and Bulgaria; a testament to AMPECO’s expanding influence in the global EV charging ecosystem.
AMPECO Summit ‘25: Making Waves
The AMPECO Summit 2025 brought the team together to explore how we’re making waves in the EV charging industry and chart the course ahead. The summit featured two powerful keynotes that set the tone for our journey forward:

Following another successful AMPECO Summit, we traded the conference hall for the coastline and brought our entire crew together for an unforgettable seaside adventure. This year’s “Making Waves” theme perfectly captured our spirit as we deep-dived into several amazing activities.
The chAMPs had to prove their title by participating in the first-ever AMPECO volleyball tournament. Eight teams and 70 participants transformed Varna’s South Beach into a competitive arena of athletic prowess. After intense matches that tested teamwork and resilience, only one team emerged victorious, claiming the championship trophy amid cheers and celebrations.
After that, another challenge came on the horizon, as the chAMPs embraced their inner adventurers during an exciting boat expedition. All the teams conquered the deep waters by participating in friendly water warfare that once again showed not only the ambition within each one of us but also how we’re always ready to help one another and act as one when there is team play.
While the competitive spirits battled on courts and seas, others perfected the art of beach lounging. Meaningful conversations flowed as smoothly as the ocean breeze, and swimming sessions happened between negotiations about whether the chAMPs should join other fascinating activities such as internal tennis matches, playing board games, or wandering across the seaside capital of Bulgaria.
