Joseph has 20+ years’ experience in infrastructure, transportation, real estate, and sustainability. He was a partner at Innovatus Capital Partners, a $2B private equity fund focused on asset-intensive businesses before starting EV+ in 2022 to create the first full-turnkey, outsourced EV charging infrastructure provider for commercial real estate. Previously, he was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, focusing on business restructuring for infrastructure, transportation, and real estate clients.

He holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and an MBA from IESE Business School in Spain.
