What you will be doing:
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Compiling monthly sales and billing reports
- Issuing customer invoices
- Verifying customers’ personal information and payment details
- Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries related to issued invoices/billing reports and/or obtain missing information
- Handle communication with external accounting
- Work with billing/invoicing software like Xero, Chargebee
- Work with Hubspot (CRM)
- Supporting the Sales and Finance team with other ad-hoc administrative tasks related to billing, invoicing and customer accounts
- Analysis of financial numbers (revenue, cost, gross profit, operating expenses)
- Regular financial activities (revenue/cost calculations and deferrals, revenue and cost matching)
- Analysis of OPEX (forecast vs. actual)
- Aging analysis
What we are looking for:
Must have:
- 1 – 3 years of industry experience as a Finance Analyst in IT / Audit company
- Good understanding of common business processes in Finance, Marketing, Sales Ops
- Willingness to learn the new applications or business processes based on the organization’s needs
- Pro-active problem-solving skills
- Reporting skills
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail
- Excellent time management and personal organization skills
- Fluent English – written and verbal
- Higher education degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Expertise in using spreadsheet/macros
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, or similar software
Considered an advantage:
- Relevant experience in a SaaS company
- Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM
- Experience with billing/invoicing software such as Chargebee, Xero, or similar
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
