He brings a wealth of experience in e-mobility, energy markets and mechanical engineering, making him ideally suited to tackle the unique challenges and opportunities of the DACH region’s evolving EV charging landscape.

Strong partnerships and a deep understanding of the DACH market

Starting in the energy markets as a consultant, he witnessed first-hand the liberalization of the energy markets, shaping his understanding of energy distribution’s evolving dynamics.

This foundational experience was further enriched during his transition to Ørsted A/S (formerly DONG Energy), a Danish multinational energy company. However, during his tenure at Spirii as the German Sales Director, his passion for e-mobility came into its own. 

Thomas’s tenure was marked by strategic wins and initiatives driving growth. He honed his skills in aligning technological innovations with market demands, a crucial skill set for any leader in the rapidly evolving EV charging sector. He successfully built strong partnerships with key manufacturers and charge point operators, showcasing a deep understanding of the DACH market. He consistently surpassed sales and revenue targets through innovative strategies and a customer-focused approach. His approach, which combines nurturing his team and understanding the market, highlights his skill in business development and makes him a key player in advancing AMPECO’s goals in Germany.
