AMPECO unlocks business opportunities with OpenADR 2.0 certification - On November 7, 2022, AMPECO was fully certified by the OpenADR alliance. OpenADR is an open, secure, two-way information exchange of price and event messages called demand response (DR) which balances distributed energy resources (DER) in real time. It allows electricity providers to communicate DR signals directly to existing customers using a common language and existing communications so that dynamic price signals can be exchanged uniformly among utilities, ISOs, and energy management systems.
