About the role:
We are seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us on our mission to attract top talent. The TA Specialist will team up with AMPECO hiring leads, create unique search strategies, identify, source, and engage best candidates while ensuring outstanding candidate experience.

Your contribution:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Building and develop relationships with hiring leads
- Work closely with all teams and provide key HR support
- Support new employee onboarding
- Execute internal initiatives with a focus on employee engagement and well-being
- Ensure outstanding candidate and employee experience and manage stakeholders’ expectations
- Be a proactive ambassador of AMPECO’s culture in and outside the company

- Strong knowledge of the High Tech workforce
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- Experience in the full talent acquisition cycle
- Track record in creating and executing recruitment campaigns using a variety of sourcing tools
- Working knowledge of ATS software solutions
- Understanding of the key HR processes
- Good knowledge of Bulgarian employment/labor legislation
- Fluent in English
- Experience in fast growing company
